In our frame manufactory the picture frames are produced for you in Germany with great attention to detail and a lot of handwork. The flat picture frames are made from 2.5 cm wooden boards. Under the CNC machine the three different sizes of the picture frames are milled out. Then the groove for the flexible suspension and the notches for the metal brackets are milled. Now follows the complex process of sanding and painting. In several work steps, the frames are sanded and lacquered, partly by hand and partly by machine, so that the high-quality and velvety surface and the unmistakable appearance are created.
