You can easily redeem a voucher during the ordering process in the shopping cart. You need to have your voucher number ready. The voucher will be deducted directly from your order value in the shopping cart.

Do you want to cancel your purchase? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel your order if the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged and you have not ordered a customised motif from us. If the shipment is already on its way to you, you have to receive it and send it back to us as a return. Excluded from the return are your individual motifs.
If you are not happy with your order and would like to order another product, this will be handled as a regular return. The products you wish to return must be packed in their original packaging and in their original condition. Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund your money. For the new order you have to make a new order process in our shop.

Our delivery times are usually 3-5. business days. Depending on the product and size, this may vary. Decisive is the delivery time, which is specified in the shopping cart when ordering.

Problems during assembly
First of all, do not panic! This can happen - it is due to the feeding technique. The best thing to do is to start again. Pull the motif out of the frame. Start at one point and guide the rubber lip into the groove of the frame without pulling or force. Now it should fit. If you still have difficulties, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help you install it correctly. If you would like to try it yourself in the meantime, take a look at the explanatory video in our shop.
You should not hang your motif with folds. This could simply be due to the fact that you have not fully adhered to the feeding technique. We would like to ask you to take the motif out of the frame again and iron it. When you re-fit it, all the wrinkles should be gone. Please also have a look at our explanatory video.
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your products. Should you wish to return them, please proceed as follows.
Please do not return any goods to us!
Contact us first and explain the reason for your dissatisfaction. We sincerely hope that it is only an error during assembly and we will be happy to help you
If you are not satisfied with our products, please pack the products in the original carton including all supplied packaging pads so that the goods arrive undamaged.
You can arrange a return to us with any shipping service provider. Attention: We recommend that you only return the outer packaging for the large frame types via DPD. It could happen that you have to pay bulky goods surcharges with DHL, Hermes or UPS, which do not apply with DPD.
Returns will only be refunded if the goods are in perfect condition and have been returned to us in their original packaging, including all shipping pads.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was sent incorrectly by us or it arrived defective.
If your shipment is visibly damaged when the package arrives, refuse to accept it at the parcel service. If you have accepted it and the product inside is also damaged, document the damage on photos and send us a claim with photos within 48 hours by email to: email@example.com Please do not forget to take photos of the defective cardboard box. We will take care of your complaint as soon as possible and of course send you a replacement package.

Your own desired motif can unfortunately not be returned, unless it has arrived defective or has obvious printing errors that do not correspond to your print file. A legal right of withdrawal for these articles does not exist.
